Research focus
I am a evolutionary biologist that focuses on the influence of global change and its influence on genomic architecture and population fitness across aquatic species. I often utilise a multistressor framework and take a holistic look at adaptive change in populations, integrating genomic data, physiology, life history, behaviour and the microbiome. I also use my data to predict future adapation through genome forecasting models.
